Shanghai Toncom Communication Apparatus Co., Ltd. is an
innovative industrial corporation. Our former, Ninghai Postal
Equipments Factory was set up in 1972. In 2000, it changed name to
Ningbo New Century Communication Equipments Co., Ltd. Our company
has been awarded with ISO9001 quality management system
certification since May 2003. In the same year, Shanghai Toncom
Communication Apparatus Co., Ltd. was established. Our company now
covers an area of 18000sqm, with 280 employees, including more than
50 professional designers. Our sub-company, Hangzhou Kai Wu Tang
Industrial Design Co., Ltd. was formed in 2003. Meanwhile, our
company is dedicated to urban facility development research and has
close long-term cooperation with some outstanding domestic
industrial design units, like Donghua University Toncom Design
